I created MindRelations Compass to help you break free from the cycle of stress and overthinking, helping you to reconnect with yourself so you can move through life with calm, clarity and confidence. This program is for individuals 18 and older, though younger participants can join with parental consent. Parents can also request a Family Membership by contacting our Member Support Team. During the live Q&R session, will other people know the question I have asked, or will you keep my name out of it?Your privacy is fully respected. While I will reflect on the questions during the live Q&R session, your name will not be shared, and other participants will not see who submitted which question. I personally review all the submitted questions, and during the session, I will address them in a way that keeps them anonymous and confidential. You can feel completely safe asking anything that’s on your mind.

What if I can't join the live Q&R session?No worries! If you can’t attend the live Q&R session, we will email you a recording so you won’t miss out on the Questions and Reflections shared during the session. You can watch it at your convenience and still benefit from the guidance provided. Hopefully, you’ll be able to join the next one live, but either way, you’ll always have access to the reflections and insights to support your journey. 😊
